Large, established company headquartered in Riviera Beach is immediately looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Safety and Risk Manager in our new Punta Gorda facility. As a Safety and Risk Manager you will be responsible for managing the safety of the workplace and operations; manage introductory and ongoing employee safety and regulatory training programs; work with general counsel and other employees to investigate and manage in-house and third party accidents and incidents. This position will assist in managing regulatory compliance matters and recall programs and procedures. Must have knowledge of warehouse, office, food and transportation safety and compliance issues and training, including, but not limited to, those covered by OSHA, the DOT, the FDA, NOOA, HAACP and the EPA. Applicant should have a 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
