Come grow with our Team! We are Hiring an RN Clinical Coordinator for our ICU!


The RN Clinical Coordinator - assists and supports the Nurse Manager in the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of delivery of nursing care services at our Behavioral Health Center to ensure quality nursing. Provides clinical leadership for patient care activities; prepares and facilitates staff schedule; directs professional and non-professional nursing personnel; participates in team member development and evaluation; implements and leads process improvement activities as appropriate; provides direct patient care and attends meetings, as required.


Previous clinical experience preferred of at least three years in behavioral or acute care setting preferred. Previous leadership experience preferred. Able to work under stressful conditions. Good oral and written skills. Must be able to communicate to patients, hospital staff, and visitors in a concerned and caring way, demonstrating the Standards of Excellence. Able to maintain confidentiality of information. Demonstrates excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Exhibits ability to set priorities, adjust and implement change, work independently, perform effectively in crisis situations, and serve as a resource. Maintains yearly age specific and job specific competencies.


Qualifications:


  • FL RN license
  • American Heart BLS
  • Previous clinical experience preferred of at least three years in acute care hospital setting

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
