In the job you'll be asked to:
Answer service calls and accurately record information from customers into electronic databaseProvide professional and courteous services to all customersAssist in marketing projects while updating daily schedules and calendarsSet schedule for leak detections, service calls and repairsPrepare work order and distribute to technicianDispatch service orders and relay messages via phone, email, text messages or other communication devicesAssist with collections and coordinate with collection agencyHandle customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives' knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staffContact customers to assess customer satisfactionPrepare and file invoices and documents, and compose correspondence as requestedAssist in familiarizing newly onboarded Customer Service Representatives in office protocols & proceduresAbility to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails dailyEducation & ExperienceHigh School or equivalentPrior customer service experience is a plus but not requiredVeterans from all branches are highly desired & encouraged to apply Reach out today and let us know you're interested in learning more!
