Summary The role of the Health Services Coordinator at WellWay is to make it easy for individuals to connect with our Health Services team and the services they provide.
The Health Services Coordinator is a connection point for individuals to get connected directly from web inquiries, from membership, from our clinical partners, and more for all relevant appointments.
The Health Services Coordinator is to be the first point of contact for all leads, and is adept at speaking to and creating excitement and value in WellWay's Health Services and how they can support the individual in reaching their health and wellness goals.
The purpose of this role is to help remove any unnecessary friction for new clients and to ensure their first touch point with WellWay exceeds expectations.
This position supports our Liberty, MO health club.
Responsibilities:
? Manage all Health Services leads with a goal of connecting each individual to a scheduled consultation and/or a scheduled appointment (complimentary or fee based) with a WellWay team member ? Schedule 15 minute consultations with leads as needed to learn more about their goals and interests and schedule appointments with WellWay provider(s) ? Schedule clients for services including but not limited to Dry Float Sensory Deprivation therapy, NormaTech compression therapy, massage, acupuncture, and assessments ? Complete appropriate follow ups and documentation on all leads in the CRM tool (Hubspot) used for lead management at WellWay ? Demonstrate enthusiasm for WellWay's services in all interactions ? Display a true passion for health and wellness ? Personalize every conversation around the lead's goals, interests, and concerns to ensure they feel connected and excited about the service ? Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure proper scheduling and a great experience for clients ? Collaborate with Membership Specialists as needed to support connectivity to membership as appropriate for the individual ? Thorough understanding of all WellWay services and processes for scheduling, etc.
? Support additional initiatives/special projects for client connectivity Qualifications ? Background / knowledge in health and wellness (preferred, but not required) ? Excellent communication skills ? Excellent customer service (1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required) ? Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms, including but not limited to Google Suite, Excel, HubSpot, MindBody, etc.
? Excellent organization skills ? Growth / performance oriented ? Sales experience (preferred, but not required) Job Type:
