o Graduated from an accredited LPN programo Currently licensed/registered in applicable StateMust maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
o One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredo CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientationCPR certification must remain current during employmentSpecific Job Requirements:
