With Sunseeker Resorts located on the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor, our Bar Backs will have every opportunity to be a part of long-lasting memories for our guests. With a variety of over twenty wholly owned and branded food and beverage concepts, including seven flagship restaurants and two renowned pools, you will have the chance to truly showcase your skills and creativity while working alongside a passionate team of service professionals.

Our Bar Backs assist bartenders in keeping their service area stocked and clean at all times. They keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift. They ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for bartenders. Their responsibilities can also include cleaning up spills, mopping floors, taking out the trash and other operational tasks required to maintain a stocked and sanitary bar area for our guests and team members.

All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resorts policies, practices and procedures.

Job Duties
n
- n
- Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
- n
- Use clean rags throughout the shift.
- n
- Collect empty bottles for inventory purposes.
- n
- Load and unload glass washing machines.
- n
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- n
- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
- n
- Restock the bar with straws, coasters, and napkins.
- n
- Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
- n
- Restock liquor bottles.
- n
- Refill ice bins.
- n
- Remove trash.
- n
- Ensure bar area is stocked with necessary supplies.
- n
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process.
- n
- Ensure delivered items are stored and secured properly.
- n
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- n
- Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping.
- n
- Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.
- n
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
n
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Sunseeker Resorts performs criminal background checks on all candidates. Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

- ServeSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.

- TIPS Certification or equivalent, preferred.

Salary:
