The team lead is critical role at the farm.
This position will work closely with the team to ensure that all of our products are managed to high standards.
This role is responsible for coordinating daily efforts for seeding and planting lettuce.
Must be able to help track, account, and plant all product lines efficiently and effectively.
This role will work closely with our Head Grower, Harvesting Lead, Farm Manager, and Warehouse associate.
You must be a team player and willing to quickly adapt to the needs o the day.
This position will be responsible for supervising 15-20 people.
Ability to speak both English and Spanish a must.
