Punta Gorda, FL Punta Gorda, FL Full-time Full-time From $15 an hour From $15 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Position Summary Provide mentoring and supportive services to children ages 11 - 21 with mental health and/or co- occurring disorders as part of the Children's Community Action Treatment Team (CAT).
Provide services in the community; including school, home, etc.
Develop positive relationships by providing guidance and facilitating interactions and services for children and their families in Charlotte County.
Observe behaviors and family interactions and provide vital feedback to team members.
Interact with community partners and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
Hours include evenings and on-call, as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year experience working with children and families.
Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of children with mental health concerns, families, and family systems preferred.
Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record.
Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.
).
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all driving conditions.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Ability to use a computer.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners.
Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries.
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
