General bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable Expense logs and reports New employee processing Employee timesheet review Insurance liaison Warehouse and requisitioning assistance when needed Interact with coworkers to provide status updates Preparing daily status reports Who are we looking for? Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication Team player Client hands Required Minimum two years of project management experience (construction preferred) Quick Books experience preferred Maintaining the highest standards in customer-service Experience using project management software US Work Authorization Work with some of the best in the Pool Construction Industry, and enjoy these perks:
